Obituary for Henry Adam Stiebeling

Henry Adam Stiebeling, of Patterson, NY, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on August 30, 2019. He was 78 years old.
Henry was born on October 24, 1940 in Manhattan, NY to Adam Henry and Sophie (Hess) Stiebeling. He was a 1959 graduate of Carmel High School. Henry served in the US Army from 1959 to 1962 in Germany, during the Cold War.
On August 26, 1972, Henry married Suzanne Baltzly at the Drew Methodist Church in Carmel, NY.
Henry was a Chemical Lab Technician with Champion Building Products in Brewster, NY, having retired in 1986. He also was an owner/landlord for an apartment complex of his own creation known as Raboldschausen Estates in Patterson, NY.
Henry had a very big heart. He enjoyed helping people where and when he could. Henry was not just known as a landlord, but more of a friend. Henry and Suzanne enjoyed many years of traveling throughout North America in their motor homes. He was a wonderful Grandfather who adored his grandchildren. Henry and Suzanne were also former members of the BPO ELKS in Brewster.
In addition to his wife Suzanne of 47 years, Henry is survived by his two children, a son Adam B. Stiebeling and his wife Anne of Patterson, NY and his daughter Charlotte Stiebeling and her husband Radoslav of Patterson, NY; A sister, Elizabeth Vincent and her husband David of Patterson, NY and 4 grandchildren, Melanie, Adam, Johnathan and Jacob and the family dog, Daisy.
Friends and family may visit Dwyer Funeral Home, 23 South Street, Patterson, NY 12563 on Saturday, September 7, 2019 from 10:00am until 1:00pm. A private cremation has taken place.
