There are few words to express our sorrow to you, Peter, Maria's two daughters, her mother, sister, brother and entire family, on Maria's passing. A truly "beautiful light" has gone out! When we think of Maria, we will always remember her as a gentle, kind and loving woman! We will think about her brave battle over the last two years and her admirable ability to continue to fight for her life. She has left us with much to reflect upon. How very fortunate for both of us, to have been able to have her as a wonderful neighbor and friend, in our lifetime. We will miss you terribly, Maria, our dear friend. We offer our deepest sympathy and love to you all.
